has been advised by them of the following:<br />Grainger part number 6Y892 is designed to dispense grease in to the correct grease fittings. This grease gun and most manual hand held grease guns are loaded in one of three ways. Typically a 14 ounce cartridge is used; or they can be “bulk” filled thru a suction developed with the head assembly removed, and the body pushed in to the 5 gallon grease pail. From there, insert the open end of the container tube into lubricant. Slowly pull the T-handle back while pushing the container tube deeper into the lubricant to prevent air pockets from being pulled into the container tube. When the plunger rod is fully extended pull it sideways to latch the rod groove into the keyhole slot in the container<br />Some offer a bulk filler nipple, located on the top of the grease gun head assembly; this then requires a fill pump, which fits on the 5 gallon grease pail. For example, Grainger part number 6Y863 is a filler pump.
