I use this Stapler to make 6 foot tall Cat trees for the local Humane Society. Each tree (Humane Society calls them Cat Condos) has 8 levels. It actually has a house at approx. 24" off the floor and another house at approx. 5 feet off the floor. It has 4 shelves, the house floors count as two more levels and the house roofs count as two more levels. I use on average 2500 plus 1/2 x 1/4 crown staples in each unit to staple approx. 10 yards of carpet. These Cat condos are sold as a fund raising project.Since I have had this Stapler, I have made 32 Cat Condos. It is just fantastic. Oh yes, and when you hit something really hard (like another staple or brad) and the current exiting staple jambs, no problem. No screws ( with those small nasty allen wrench heads) to remove. Just lift a small latch and remove the damaged staple.
