There super thin and the liner I'm currently using, I've been using for a week now. I've tried alot of products but this one works best. I know there arnt no cooling gells but it makes my head feel cooler. My safety reports look clean again because no more sweat is messing up the ink. Also used these when I was racing my snowmobile and they keep my head warmer and my helmet don't stink any more. You should use two liners instead of one for full coverage so the sweat from the back of your head doesn't trickle forward. It really works great.
