The Guardian whole house generator has within the last several years in which we had several major power interuptions has worked without fail. It has proven highly dependable during the many short periods of power loss that we have experienced as well as two major outages over 7 days. Compared to the ice storm experience, it is great to not only have warm showers, but to enjoy hot coffee and breakfast in the morining and hot meals in the evening. As we have now entered into retirement, my wife and I highly recommend the Guardian whole house generator that results in the avoidance of having to worry about keeping the house comfortable in both cold and hot weather while carrying on with our normal daily lives. The generator not only requires very low maintance, but the panel on the front of the unit quickly provides you the necessary information as to the status of the unit's operation.
