Original heater was delivered without all of the parts necessary to build the stand/pedestal. Grainger was amazing and sent us an additional heater (no charge), which was also missing parts (2 legs of the 4 required). I tried to use the first 2 legs from the first heater with the second 2 legs from the additonal heater, but was unable to assemble due to screws and bolts being a different size. I then was going to buy some nuts from the local harware store to just move on and finish the installation, but decided to verify that the heater worked before I went through the trouble. I assembled the heating element to what I assume is the proper design, as there are no directions for it's assembly (only directions of how to assemble the stand/pedestal#. We could not get either heating element to work #we tried both). Total junk. Not even worth what you pay to throw it away. I am next going to plead with Grainger for a return and hope to find something else. February 22, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mavrick If you need a good spot heater this is the one. I have been very happy with the purchase of this heater.
