Instruction was to remove 'end cap' Could find no cap. Plugged charger into what I thought was appropriate place - not charged after 15hrs. After getting online I see there are a lot of issues with this. No instructions or display showing what is 'end cap'. It is also the first time I have handled, played with, removed screws, etc. for over 30 minutes and still haven't been to figure it out.
