I'm 6', 160 lbs and wear a 32x34 Carhartt pant so I bought a 36x32 overall. I now own a pair of Carhartt Bib Knickers. The legs hit just above my ankle and the suspender straps are maxed out. They are also very tight in the crotch area.I'd recommend buying 4 inches more in the waist and inseam than your usual size. December 21, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lineman863 Great Overalls, will shrink. I have owned 2 pairs of these overalls for several years, along with my many other Carhartt products, and I most say they are top notch.I am a Journeyman lineman, and when ever I get a new apprentice the first thing we do is drive to the store and buy them a pair even if I have to lend them the money. I teach my apprentice to do things right and the correct clothes is the first step, dress like pro you will be a pro, dress safe and we all go home. The only draw back to these coveralls is sizing, and its not really a drawback more of something to be aware of. This is not the time to try and flatter yourself by getting the wrong size coveralls, lets be honest are you really a 34 inch waist or are you sucking in a bit when you put your pants on.So be sure to ADD 1 SIZE IN LENGTH and 1-2 SIZE IN WAIST.You will need this for shrinkage and any extra layer you will have under the overall, because most of us will have shorts or long johns underneath.Do yourself a favor spend the few extra bucks and don't buy that cheep thing from wally-world, these will save you in the end when your not replacing them in 6 months.Final note there a few reviews on her saying there overalls are wearing out fast, call Carhartt they stand behind there products. December 19, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by KyleD They seem ... small. I am 6'6 320 pounds. I work out a good bit, but I enjoy my food as well, so I am no small person in any shape. I am just a big teddy bear.If you have the body shape I have, I would not recommend this piece of clothing. ( Big / thick shoulders, wide, and thick thighs)I ordered the 46 (waist) and 36 (Length) in these coveralls. It fit in the worst way possible. I do not exactly have a gut, but my stomach isn't flat either. The suspenders ( I guess that is what you call them) barely came over my shoulders making it difficult to secure. It was also slender, and not for someone who is wide. Last but not least, the crotch area was tight for me and very uncomfortable. In summary, if you are a slender tall / short person, these should be perfect for you. If you are a big fellah, I would not recommend these coveralls. My normal size is 42 ( Waist) and 36 (Length). So the 46x36 did not fit properly even though it was much bigger than what i normally wear.I welcome any reply from Carhartt on what i could have done wrong in fitting these. Thank you.Though, the XL - Tall shirt i ordered was excellent. October 20, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by CARednecks Great bib! I purchased this bib 8 months ago and it has been well worth the money. The bib is of very durable construction and has stood up to the grind of my job. The knees are double lined which is great because I have to crawl around a lot. The straps and buttons are also durable and have stood up to tearing and pulling.Unfortunately, when I washed the bib it shrank a bit and now I look like I have highwaters on. Not a problem when I'm wearing workboots, but it gets annoying when I have shoes on.I would recommend getting a size or two larger so as to fit over jeans, pants, shorts, etc.Great product and I will definitely get another pair when these are destroyed.
