In remodeling projects, this tool has literally been used from the demo to the finishing phases of every project I've been on since purchasing it. Now that I've used it, I can't imagine not having one on the jobsite. I didn't have to drag a cord up a ladder so I felt a lot safer. I also was impressed with how quick it cut the notch I needed. I don't miss having to set up cords. It is particularly good for overhead work as it is lighter weight and, again, no cord dangling and tangling. I have plenty of batteries from my other Bosch 12v tools so I don't have any issues in that regard. Some were gifts others I have purchased. I keep coming back to the Bosch toll because it outlasts the other tools battery life. What I also like is the attachment tool that lets you use other brand attachments. Yes the battery will just quit - but that is the nature of the Lithium Ion battery. When a cord would get in the way or when a quick use is anticipated - this is the tool I grab. With the adaptors I can use most any attachment on the market.
