Ultra Silent (TM) Series Fans and Fan/Light/Night Lights
These extremely quiet, installation-friendly fans quickly vent heat, moisture, and odors from bathrooms, showers, and rec rooms.
They feature attractive polymeric grilles, plug-in, permanently lubricated motors that are engineered for continuous operation, and dynamically balanced, centrifugal blower wheels that assure efficient performance. The polymeric duct connector with tapered sleeve eliminates metallic clatter. Rugged 26-gauge galvanized construction resists corrosion. The fans operate at low RPM on resilient, antivibration motor mounts and are easy to install with sturdy 4-point mounting directly to joist. They include a unique spacer for mounting to engineered "I" joists that can be positioned 3 ways for different joist sizes. UL Listed for ceiling use over bathtub and shower with GFCI-protected branch circuit. Type IC. HVI Certified.

QTXE Series
These ENERGY STAR(R) qualified fans are extremely quiet and easy to install with Broan's unique hanger bar system.
The system includes captive fasteners to keep nails in place during installation, and integral bottom locator tabs that help to instantly set the correct mounting height and properly level the housing between joists. Full-length, reinforced installation tabs ensure a solid mount in all types of construction. 6" round ducting for superior performance. The fan/light models feature a bright, energy-efficient 42W fluorescent bulb (included), and a night light (4W bulb is not included).
